Lethem and Luis

Reassuring to know that someone else thought Spring Awakening was a bit overrated.

A blogger is organizing a Luis Bunuel blog-a-thon. I've been busy curating personal series on Ford and Antonioni, but at least, I may just rent one of his films and blog about it. Goodness knows I've seen too few of his films. An assortment of banners available at Flickhead. Now, what to rent... Some new dvds were recently released. I've long wanted to see Discreet Charm... but I'm intrigued to learn he filmed a version of Robinson Crusoe, one of the few veritable classics I read (and loved) as a boy.
